In this 75 minute class, you will find a breakdown of sun salutations as well as some common yoga poses made accessible for all levels of fitness. These exercises will help you build strength and flexibility to advance in your yoga practice, as well as to function better in everyday life! You will need 2 blocks or 2 hardcover books for this class. See you on the mat!

This class is a 75 minute sidebend and lateral hip-opening sequence leading to compass pose and visvamitrasana. Though often overlooked, gaining mobility in the sidebody lends itself so much to flexibility in other areas such as backbends and twists! For this class, you may need (depending on your flexibility) 1 block (or book to substitute) and 1 strap (or belt to substitute).
