This class consists of a bit of vinyasa flow, mixed in with various drills to prepare for pincha mayurasana or forearm balance. Expect 60 minutes of mostly core and shoulder work, but also a lot of child poses for sufficient rest between drills.
Even if you can't do your pincha yet, these drills will help you do the work you need to prepare for doing it in the future. But who knows, you might surprise yourself! Trust yourself and give it a go. You will need a towel (to slide on) and a wall for the very end.
