This class is a 75 minute sidebend and lateral hip-opening sequence leading to compass pose and visvamitrasana. Though often overlooked, gaining mobility in the sidebody lends itself so much to flexibility in other areas such as backbends and twists! For this class, you may need (depending on your flexibility) 1 block (or book to substitute) and 1 strap (or belt to substitute).
